We may ask for a drivers license before renting certain items. If we do not receive it by the booking date, we will cancel the order and refund you for that item.

If any item we have is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full. Items may become unavailable due to breakage or unforeseeable reasons.

You may cancel any order placed for any reason up until the day before your stay and receive a full refund. We understand that things come up and you may change your mind. That is okay.

 

If your Airbnb stay is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund for these items as well.

 

You do agree to take care of all or our items and will be held responsible for any lost or damaged items. We check everything and clean them before and after each use.
